Miss Olivia Quirke is the Headteacher and she has been at Thornborough since 2018.  She is passionate about Early Years and KS1 learning, as well as being an advocate for small schools.

School Secretary

Mrs Amanda Willmot has been at Thornborough since 2010.  She has a vast amount of experience and expertise and is an invaluable member of the team.

Reception Teachers

Mrs Lizzie Krelle joined us in January 22.  In such a short time she has proved to be an invaluable member of our team.

We are very lucky to have Miss Sarah Fenlon join as an Early Career Teacher in July 22.

KS1 Teachers

For the Summer Term we have Mrs Ann Meek and Miss Orlaith O'Hanlon join our fantastic team.

Mrs Ann Meek is an outstanding teacher and the children love her.

We are very excited that Mrs Emma Maulkerson will be joining us in September 22.

Teaching Assistants

Mrs Barbara Sutherland is the longest serving team member, starting at Thornborough in 2009.  Her experience is priceless!

Lunchtime Supervisor and Cleaner

Ms Dorita Goodridge started in 2021, and it is her responsibility to ensure our meals are hot and our school is clean – she does an amazing job!
