INFORMATION ...
Absence, contact us before 10am if your child is going to be absent. Illness, we follow the Health Protection in schools and other childcare settings - Gov.uk guidance on infection control for all illness. Children suffering from a gastrointestinal illness (diarrhoea &/or vomiting) MUST be kept away from school for 48 hours AFTER the symptoms have stopped to limit the spread of any infection. WEATHER...
SCHOOL Closures - we will always try to keep the school open and provide as much notice as possible in the event of closure. The decision to close the school is made by the Headteacher, when access is unsafe for staff, children, parents, visitors and emergency services. In the event of bad weather e.g. snow, we will notify you on our school website, email and call. You can also check the Bucks CC and Mix96 websites or listen to Mix96. https://closures.buckscc.gov.uk/ https://www.mix96.co.uk/schools/ COLD Weather, remember to send your child to school in warm named clothing including a coat, hat, scarf and gloves. WET Weather, wellington boots must stay in the cloakroom and additional shoes should be brought to school. WARMER Weather, if you wish to supply your child with sun cream please label it and put it into their drawer for them to apply themselves. Can you please make sure that your child has a hat to wear in school when it is sunny. PE KITS ... PE Kits (shorts, t-shirts, socks and plimsolls) are required in school everyday and include a tracksuit for the colder weather as we have PE outside. NAME EVERYTHING ... Please name all PE Kit, school uniform, bags, coats, shoes, hats, gloves and scarves! _________________________________________________________________________
